To place an order, follow these steps:
- Select a Product: Click on the product you like
- Choose Size and Quantity: Select your desired size and quantity
- Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button
- Proceed to Checkout: Click on the cart icon and select "Checkout"
- Sign In or Guest Checkout: Sign in or continue as a guest
- Enter Shipping Information: Provide your delivery address
- Payment Information: Choose your payment method and fill in the details
- Complete Order: Review your information and click "Complete Order"

The shipping fee varies based on the weight, volume of the order, and the destination country. To see the shipping cost, you need to create your cart on the website and enter your address details
After you place your order, the process will proceed as follows:
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email for your order.
- Preparation: Your order will be prepared and packaged as soon as possible (1-3 days) .
- Shipping: Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Delivery:The courier will deliver your product to the specified address.
- Returns or Exchanges:Returns and exchanges are not allowed for international orders. However, if the product is defective due to the seller's fault, a return will be accepted.
You can only make payments using your credit or debit card while placing your order. (Accepted card types: Visa, MasterCard, etc.) The shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, any customs fees that may arise at the destination country's customs will also be covered by the buyer. Payment transactions are processed through a secure system.
There are no exchanges for international orders. Additionally, returns are only accepted if the products are defective. Products not accepted by the buyer will be disposed of according to the customs regulations of the buyer's country, and in this case, no refunds will be issued. Once the products leave Turkey, all responsibility lies with the buyer.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, a tracking number will be sent to the email address registered on our website. You can use this tracking number on the shipping company’s website to check the status of your order. If you cannot find your tracking number or encounter any issues, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within an average of 3-5 business days, depending on your country and region. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping service you choose and local customs procedures.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours.
The deadline for cancellation is 12 hours from the time the order is placed. Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, it cannot be changed or modified in any way.
